	Townview Group Services Pty Ltd I recently decided to change accounting firms across to Broadview as I felt I was not really getting the service I should have been with my existing accountant. Allan took over the task of being our company accountant shortly afterwards and we immediately had an amazing change in enthusiasm and optimism towards business. Allan came to the office and co-ordinated with my Office Manager and Treasury Secretary clearing up some basic misconceptions that we had on the accounting and record-keeping side of things. Allan also became our communication person to speak directly to the ATO in relation to question we had about PAYG Instalments, GST and the like. The confidence and optimism in the office suddenly became very cheerful. Allan is also extremely competent on both QuickBooks and MYOB accounting packages and was able to generate reports vital to our financial planning that we were never prior able to do. On top of this Allan was able to review my and my wife's personal tax returns and after careful inspection was able to reverse our tax situation to the degree of approximately $20,000. I am sure that Allan could not guarantee such for yourself, but I know that he would review your situation and ensure that you are not paying any unnecessary taxes and fee. I am now very optimistic about the future and feel that we will be able to tackle the payroll tax threshold that we are moving into and come out the other side with a big profitable company. 	Teralba Engineering, Teralba Storage and Business Park Our previous accountants recommended a strategy that our bookkeeper had a gut feeling did not seem correct. One of her other clients used Broadview Accounting. They had helped this client solve some major problems and she had a good rapport with them and felt comfortable with them. She requested that Allan Mason come and have a look at what was being recommended and provide some advice. It was immediately found that the GST was incorrect and that the accountants were recommending a payment in excess of $12,000 more than was due. Also the strategies being recommend were flawed. Further investigations revealed that taxes had been grossly overpaid for the last two years. Amended returns were lodged for both years resulting in over $50,000 in refunds. A review of the business structure revealed that further savings could be made which are now being instigated, saving more money. I did not realise that my previous accountants were not doing a good job. I should have realised due to their lack of attention, but I frankly thought all accountants were the same. I cannot believe the difference now we are using Broadview Accounting. What they have saved us, the previous errors and how with proper structures and systems we could save so much. I was naïve about this sort of thing. They care about my business, are always thinking of ways to help and are proactive in helping my business grow and make more profits.
