Joining Broadview Accounting is not for everyone, we are selective in who we choose to join us. The employment process will involve a results/productivity check and if this is passed then candidates will need to complete a Performia Exec-u-test. This is an online test and measures personality traits across 10 areas. It helps ensure your personality profile will fit the job being applied for.
